How many characters can I add for text customization?
Most items support up to 20 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation. The character limit varies by product and is shown on each product page. If you need something specific, contact us before ordering.
Can I choose the font for text customization?
Yes. Most products with text customization offer a choice of fonts -typically a classic serif, a modern sans-serif, and a handwritten script. Font previews are shown on the product page.
Can I preview my customization before purchasing?
Yes, our product pages include a live preview that updates as you make your selections. This gives you a close representation of what the finished product will look like.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a customized item?
Customized items -those with personalized text, colors, or other custom options -are made exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. We encourage you to double-check your customization details before placing your order.
What if my order arrives defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect customization due to our error, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How do I start a return or replacement request?
Email us at contact@sanghamoon.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For defective items, please attach a clear photo. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Which payment methods do you accept?
